Refund & Replacement Window:

  • Customers can request a refund or replacement within 4-5 working days from the date of delivery.
  • All refund or replacement claims will be processed and resolved within the next 10-15 working days once the request is submitted and approved.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Items eligible for refund or replacement must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and without any *visible signs of use.
  • Products that have been damaged, used, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Shipping Responsibility:

  • The consignee (customer) is responsible for bearing the shipping costs for returning the items. The company will not cover the cost of return shipping unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.

Unboxing Video & Pictures Requirement:

  • To initiate a replacement or refund request, the customer must provide an unboxing video and relevant pictures of the product.
  • This documentation serves as proof of the product’s condition upon delivery and is required to avoid any disputes regarding damaged or faulty products.

This policy is designed to ensure smooth and transparent processing of returns and replacements, while protecting both the customer and the seller.
